Nicholas Wyman is CEO and Founder of the IWSI Group, a global network and leading enterprise dedicated to matching job seekers with automotive careers through apprenticeships. Over the last decade, the company has designed programs for BMW Australia and ‘Nissmap’ for the Nissan Motor company. Nicholas has set up International scholarships where apprentices get to visit state of the art automotive dealerships such as Mercedes Benz of Louisville. Nicholas speaks all over the world and provides technical assistance on building apprenticeship programs, is a regular contributor to a variety of high-profile blogs, and his book on skill building, Job U, has received both national and international awards. Nicholas is also on the advisory board of the American Institute of Innovative Apprenticeships.
Nicholas Wyman is a speaker and expert on applying real-world solutions to the challenges companies face in finding skilled employees. He is CEO of the Institute for Workplace Skills and Innovation, which develops mentoring programs for corporations and places people in apprenticeship and training programs globally. He has an MBA and has studied at Harvard Business School and the Kennedy School of Government.
